HSB terms of service

These terms apply to the HSB application ("HSB"), operated by Caesar Software ("we"). By signing in to HSB you agree to them.

What HSB is

HSB is an internal tool that publishes and manages videos for the How Systems Break YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public, and access is limited to the owner of that channel.

YouTube

HSB uses YouTube API Services. Use of HSB is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you publish through HSB and for following YouTube's rules.

Your data

How HSB handles data from your Google account is described in the HSB privacy policy. You can revoke HSB's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

No warranty

HSB is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including failed or delayed uploads, to the extent the law allows.

Changes and termination

We may change or stop HSB, or update these terms, at any time. Changes take effect when posted at this address with a new date above.
