Welcome!
Caesar Software is an engineering consultancy. We design, build and run backend, infrastructure, security and AI systems for teams whose software has to hold up in production.
Ali Ömer Keser (Ali Keser) founded it, runs it and does the engineering. If you email, he's the one who answers.
Services #services
| What | In practice |
|---|---|
| AI adoption & cost NEW! | Getting a team productive with coding agents without the bill running away. We measure the savings instead of promising them. |
| Custom AI tooling | MCP servers, internal copilots, model routing, and wikis the agents keep up to date. Answers link back to the data they came from. |
| Cloud cost & infra | Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps and monitoring. Finding what you pay for and never use. |
| Technical leadership | Architecture decisions, redesigns and product pivots, plus leading the team through them. |
| Security & distributed systems | Screening transactions before they execute, running large node networks, detecting attacks as they happen. |
| Blockchain & DeFi risk | EVM internals, OP Stack rollups, Solidity gas work, and models of how risk spreads between DeFi protocols. |
| Full-stack | Whatever language the system needs. We build both the backend and the screen the client looks at. |

OpenZeppelin → Forta
Forta is an independent foundation that was spun off from OpenZeppelin. OpenZeppelin provides Forta with software services and technical leadership, and Caesar Software does that work for OpenZeppelin.
- Client
- OpenZeppelin
- Work for
- Forta
- Role
- Principal engineer and technical lead
- So far
- Three products, 1,800+ pull requests, 45+ repositories
- Security network. Scan-node software, bot scheduling and sharding, SLA scoring and alert pipelines for a decentralized network that peaked at around 10,000 nodes.
- Transaction firewall. Checks a transaction before it executes and signs an EIP-712 attestation if it's clean. Also the control-plane and auth APIs, a Kafka pipeline, and OP Stack integrations.
- DeFi risk platform. A realtime risk-graph indexer, alerts for institutional clients, a React console, and an MCP server with a chat copilot whose numbers trace back to source data.
- AI tooling for the engineers. Shared agent skills and working rules for Claude Code and Codex, and wikis maintained by LLMs.
Before that: StrixEye
Head of R&D. Web application security that spotted attackers by how they behaved, before they reached an exploit.

Tools we wrote for our own work.
GlassBridge
(Android) Your whole company's workstreams, on your face. A conversational assistant for Ray-Ban Meta glasses, built for CTOs who are never at their desk. Ask what's shipping, what's blocked and what needs you, by voice, and act on it without opening a laptop. It routes across several AI models, uses MCP tools, and checks on the coding agents running back at the office.
- HSB (internal tool): publishes and manages videos for the How Systems Break YouTube channel. Privacy policy · Terms.
- keeba (Go, MIT): gives AI coding agents a symbol graph of your codebase and an MCP server to query it. In our test, a Claude Code session cost 34% less and found the same bugs.
- keser-contracts (Solidity): gas-optimized contract library. Its ERC721 passes the same spec suite as solmate and OpenZeppelin and beats both on gas for every operation measured. Unaudited. Write-up.
- tmux-claude-sessions (Shell): browse and resume Claude Code sessions from tmux.
